Commemorating the 28th anniversary of his iconic character Mr. DOB, "Melting DOB" is an ultra-rare sculpture by world-renowned contemporary artist Takashi Murakami. This edition was released exclusively in Asia through Perrotin Hong Kong, limited to only 300 units worldwide. The piece captures the "dual personality" of Mr. DOB through a fluid, melting form—featuring one side with predatory teeth and multiple overlapping eyes, contrasted by a sinisterly grinning face on the reverse. Crafted from cast vinyl and accompanied by a metallic-finished display base, the bottom is engraved with "©TM/KK MADE IN JAPAN."
