2025SS “Plainsong” は、英国サルトリアルの伝統を基軸に、クラシックをわずかにずらす“refined rebellion” の姿勢で構成されたコレクション。テーラードを中心に、端正さと軽い違和感を重ねるアプローチが特徴です。

本作は “Plainsong” の開発段階で製作された ウール・プレーンフロントトラウザーズのサンプルモデル。

細いピンストライプを走らせたダークトーンのウールサージを用い、ノータックのすっきりとした構造で仕上げた一本です。

センタープレスがまっすぐ落ちる スリムストレートのラインが特徴で、コレクションの「正しい着方／整えたシルエット」の基盤となる定番的なトラウザーズです。

This item is a sample of wool plain front trousers produced during the development stage for TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloist.'s Spring/Summer 2025 collection, "Plainsong." The entire collection was developed under the theme of a "smartened-up rebellion against the slobishness of fashion," based on designer Takahiro Miyashita's core philosophy of "correcting the way clothes are worn."
These trousers embody the foundational elements of tailoring—"properness," "decorum," and "intricate construction"—in their purest form within the collection's concept. Crafted from high-quality wool, they possess an appropriate luster and structure, achieving the refinement required of formal wear.
The design is a plain front (no-tuck) style, deliberately stripped of decorative elements, and features a sharp center crease, which constructs a beautiful, leg-lengthening silhouette. The detailing around the waist adheres to classic trouser specifications, allowing the item to deeply reflect the theme of "correcting / tidying up" entirely on its own.
While it functions as a foundation for more assertive items like the emblem blazers or gold-striped trousers, this plain pair highlights the importance of the attitude Miyashita seeks to re-evaluate: "dressing properly."
