These reconstructed denim pants are from the 2019 Spring Summer collection, designed during Demna Gvasalia’s era as creative director. They feature Vetements' iconic technique of deconstructing vintage denim and painstakingly reassembling the pieces by hand. The deconstructive design breaks conventional clothing norms through unique layering of multiple denim panels, asymmetrical stitch lines, and raw-cut hems. With the complex three-dimensional tailoring and oversized proportions characteristic of the Demna era, this rare archival piece perfectly encapsulates the avant-garde spirit that redefined modern fashion.
